Firm Comfortable Support
Wavesupport™, made from pure food-grade polyethylene, provides excellent support and durability that rivals innersprings and premium foams. The wave structure achieves incredible strength with very little material, offering an ultra lightweight design with increased structural stability as compared to conventional foams. It is both firm and comfortable, with strong side, center and corner support. NO polyurethane!
Seamless Waterproof Edges
Heat sealed waterproof seams provide a more contemporary look and also prevent moisture penetration for a more hygienic design. Dust mites and bed bugs can no longer live in the seams and enter through the sew holes. This construction is also more durable as it reduces the possibility of the seam tearing or the thread breaking and unraveling. Wipes clean to the edge!

Sopora Ultimate
The Ultimate is a 6" deep, all foam mattress with dual sleep surfaces. Made with CertiPUR-US® and GREENGUARD® Children and Schools certified foam. The Ultimate is engineered to withstand wear and provide even ergonomic support for the full span of your baby's crib mattress use. For infants, use the ultra-firm, high-density foam side. As your child grows, flip the mattress to the OpenFlo visco memory foam toddler side. The toddler side provides a layer of foam with faster recovery (bounce back) due to maximized airflow. This maximized airflow is created by thermal reticulation, a process by which hydrogen and oxygen are forced through the block of foam, creating cell separation, which allows better air flow. Better airflow prevents heat retention, providing a more consistent body temperature during sleep.
The Ultimate offers BabySafe side seams, which are welded with ultra-sonic sound waves to keep wetness out, allowing the inside of the mattress to stay clean. BabySafe seams are dropped to the sides of the mattress creating a seamless waterproof edge with no decorative cording or holes on the surface. This eliminates entry points for allergens, bed bugs and fluid leakage.
The Ultimate offers square corners and edges to fit tightly into the crib, with no rounded corners or surface designs that can trap dirt or dust mites. The rectangular shape of the mattress, the same shape as the crib, holds sheets tight to keep baby safe.
The Ultimate's medical grade, baby soft, stretch-knit mattress cover is compliant with all current safety standards. Its lightweight and pliable nature enables the baby's body to conform to the surface while allowing the inner construction to provide comfort and ergonomic support for which it was designed. The cover is vinyl, PVC, lead and phthalates free. The smooth soft cover maintains a consistent temperature under baby. It cleans easily with a damp sponge and won't retain unpleasant odors or stains.

Snug Fit
The Lullaby Earth crib mattress is designed to fit snugly in your baby's crib, conforming to ASTM standards for crib mattress dimensions. For safety, you should be able to fit no more than two fingers between the mattress and the crib. Square corners help eliminate any gaps within the corners for a safer, tighter fit.

Even in very small amounts, chemicals can have a negative effect on a baby's development. The Lullaby Earth baby crib mattress was designed to be free from harmful chemicals and allergens. Unlike most crib mattresses, Lullaby Earth mattresses are completely free of polyurethane foam (including "soybean" foam blends), vinyl/PVC, polyurethane coated nylon or damask, PFC water-resistant treatments, antibacterial biocides and the various chemicals associated with these materials. Fire protection is achieved with hydrated silica, a harmless natural mineral.
